Being from the Sudan, i.e. Sudanese. A running joke that developed after a drunk Fellatio Nelson asked Floid ‘Floid Floid! are yuo sudanases?’

Since then, the word has been used in a variety of contexts, e.g. the legendary Sudanases Camel Corps, as a race in AH.com Wars (taking on the role of the Corellians) and a country Floid made for Nationstates, ‘Sudanasesia’.
